There is a fascinating program on Biography called “I Survived” that should be mandatory viewing for all martial arts instructors. Each show tells three horrific stories by people who survived a tragic attack or accident. All they do is speak. There is no dramatization or cutaways. It’s just the person describing what happened, how they felt physically and emotionally.

We are all taking the Cobra-Defense program at Chris Suttons school. He will be holding a Cobra-Defense Instructor Certification for Cobra-Defense licensees only on March 5th and 6th.
