Thank you so much for sharing this….we can all learn from it. I really think you handled it about as well as can be expected. The only critique I have respectfully, is should you have someone at the front desk at all times? And second, I work full time during the day and when I go to day cares, the entrance is secured and there is almost always a secondary entrance that is also secured. So even if someone enters into the lobby, they can not go past the lobby without an escort or someone opening the door to gain entry.
