1. Only two jobs on bottom / roll your opponent or put them in the guard.

Roll them when they are tight to you and put them in the guard when they are loose.

2. Never stop fighting for position – for you to get position and for you to get your opponent out of position.

2. Slow the fight when on top and speed it up when on bottom. Create

momentum on bottom and stop momentum on top
B. Chokes- Make sure you do a great pre-frame weeks before you do the chokes,

pre-frame kids, parents, staff, the whole town if you can! see video and practice,

practice, practice the pre-frame!
