Goals for Renewals

So we are not spinning our wheels by enrolling new students and letting the old ones drop out faster than we can get new ones in the door, we need to set specific goals for renewals.

Taking into account a 2% to 5% per month attrition rate, we need to renew at least 75% of our students to maintain our growth rate. Working from our current enrollment, this means:

  • We need to renew 9 current students each month.
  • We need to upgrade 6 of those 9 students to the next program tier every month.

If we meet these numbers every month, and including our current enrollment of 150 students we will have grown to well over 250 students at the end of one year.
